1. Eligibility: The referral program is open to all current residents of Wealth City. Employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Referral Tracking: Referrals must be submitted through the referral form on the website, and a unique referral code must be provided. Only referrals submitted through the referral form will be eligible for the referral bonus.

4. Limitations: There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make. However, Wealth Properties reserves the right to limit or revoke the referral bonus for any customer found to be engaging in fraudulent or unethical referral practices.

5. Changes to the Program: Wealth Properties reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time, without notice. Changes to the program will be posted on the website.

6. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes arising from or in connection with the referral program, Wealth Properties' decision shall be final and binding.

7. Governing Law: The referral program and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
