Can i change my parcel's name & music stream?Only parcel's music stream can be changed on parcels in Wealth City Elite. Wealth City homes have parcel radios in each home, you can use the free url to put your own links.

How to set as my home?You can set the location by selecting "World"> Set Home to Here ⚠ You must activate the group to do this

How to activate & manage my parcel security?Click on your Home Security Panel and choose "ARM" you can disarm it when you want by clicking on "DISARM". (The ejection time is set to 30 seconds.) Once armed you have the possibility to click on "LOCKDOWN", which reduces the ejection time to 0 seconds (instantly ejected). This mode ends automatically when all allowed avatars leave the region. It will therefore have to be reactivated when you enter your home again if everyone has left the region. You can allow access to your guests, ban people and add sub-tenants who can also access the Home Security menu by clicking on "ACCESS".

I just rented but i can't rez.When you rent, you automatically receive an invitation to join the "Wealth Residents Or Wealth Properties" group. You must join the group to get the rez rights. These are private group that you can join by invitation only. If you missed this invitation, click on Rental Tablet in your Home and choose "grp invite" to receive another one. Make sure you activate the group tag every time you want to rez. If you have joined and activated the group but you still have a problem for rez, build a prim and rez on it.

How can I make sure my friends, family, decorator... be able to rez?Anyone you want to be able to rez in your home has to be added as a sub-tenant. (See "How to add and remove sub-tenants?") Once added and the group invitation accepted, they can immediately rez. We recommend asking for edit rights for anyone rezzing in your home should you need to move or return their items. ⚠ Their prims will count in your prims allowance. ⚠ They must remain added as a subtenant or all their items will be returned once they are ejected.

I want to know how many prims I used.Click on Rental Tablet in your Home and "Land impact". You will receive a message telling you how many prims you used in the local chat. If your land impact is over limit, you will continuously receive a message and notification till you reduce your prim usage. Please quickly reduce your land impact, or ALL your items will be returned. ⚠ Counting is done every 3 hours, if you've just rez objects click update prims for the system to run a manual count of your prims in order to get the right number of what you use.

How add prims to my home?You can submit a request by contacting KemiWealth inworld. Only a few prims are available so if they are already allocated to other residents there is no guarantee that it will be accepted. Please note that the price of your rental will increase according to the number of additional prims you want to add and regularization fees (depending on the time remaining on your rental) will be requested. If your request is accepted, the new rental price and the regularization fees will be communicated to you. If it suits you, the one-time regularization payment for the time remaining on your rental must be sent to KemiWealth. Then the prims will be added and the price of your rent will be modified on our server. The update is immediate, you can use your new prims immediately.

Can my tier be transferred to another available home?Yes, you must first empty your current home, pay for the new one and complete the transfer request form or send a notecard to KemiWealth. Your remaining time will be recalculated based on the price of your new home.

How do i return items from the previous tenant?You do not have the rights to return objects. Therefore, if the objects of the previous tenants have not been returned correctly by our rental system, Please send a notecard to Kemiwealth or send us a DM on Instagram (wealth_propertiessl)

Can i rez another home on my parcel or, if furnished, remove the furniture?No, the homes are rented as they are. Take the time to visit it and make sure it's right for you before renting it.

How to add and remove sub-tenants?ADD SUB-TENANTS: I. Click on Rental Tablet in your Home. II. Click on "Tenants" and "Add tenant". III. Write the username and submit. IV. They will receive an invitation to join the group. If it wasn't sent automatically or if they missed it, they can click the Rental Tablet "grp invite" to receive another one. ⚠ If they do not receive the invitation, it means that they are already in the group or that they have activated the "do not disturb" status. They must turn off this status to receive the group invitation. REMOVE SUB-TENANTS: I. Click on Rental Tablet in your Home. II. Click on "Tenants" and "Remove tenant" III. Click on the username you want remove.

Can I have eject rights on sim?No, but you can arm & set up your Home Security Panel to eject & ban unwanted guest on your parcel to prevent them from coming into your home. (See "How to activate and manage my parcel security?")

Can i drive my car?Yes, you must be a resident to rez your vehicles. They must be parked correctly in public parking spaces, your parking or in your garage! It's possible to park them on the sidewalk without it sticking out onto the road. No car should be left on the road, it will be returned directly to your inventory. If you are not resident, you must purchase a guest pass at the bus stop, or Rental office by clicking the group tenancy terminal, right click & pay the terminal. The temporary pass is sold for 150Ls/hour. You will receive an invitation to join the group. [Wealth residents]. You need to activate this group to wear the group tag throughout your visit . When the time is up, you will be automatically ejected from of the group.

How do i access all the activities & amenities of Wealth City?Please use the teleport Hud, you can get one by clicking the tablet at the bus stops.

Can i get a refund?All sales are final and no refund will be issued. Please visit the home and make sure it is right for you before renting. The homes are rented as they are, nothing can be modified, removed or added. A transfer to another home can be requested.
